ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Manager in Training we are setting you up to succeed with a career in insurance. We are looking for someone with the ability to lead that has a natural ability to sell. We can teach you the rest from there. It will be approximately a 6 month transition into leadership and you will have a team of 3 people under you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the sales staff
- assign call lists
- manage numbers
- create your own sales
- meet with clients
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
